Refund & Payment Policy — The Innhopp Project
We understand that plans can change. This policy explains payment obligations, refunds, and referral rewards related to events organized by The Innhopp Project.
1. Payment Terms
• All invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
• If an invoice is not paid by the due date, a 50 EUR reminder fee will be added.
• If payment is still not received 10 days after the due date, your slot will be released and offered to another participant.
• In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will no longer be guaranteed a place in the event.
2. Refund on Sign-Up Deposit
If the event is cancelled by The Innhopp Project
• Your deposit will be refunded in full, regardless of timing.
If you cancel your participation
• More than 90 days before the event: if your slot is resold, full refund minus 150 EUR; if not resold, 50% refund.
• Between 60 and 90 days before the event: if resold, refund minus 300 EUR; if not resold, 25% refund.
• Less than 60 days before the event: if resold, refund minus 300 EUR; if not resold, no refund.
Failure to complete full payment
• You become ineligible for a refund. If your slot is resold at full price, you will be refunded minus a 300 EUR administrative fee.
3. Refund on Full Payment
If the event is cancelled by The Innhopp Project
• Your payment will be refunded in full, regardless of timing.
If you cancel your participation
• More than 90 days before the event: if resold, full refund minus 300 EUR; if not resold, 50% refund.
• Between 60 and 90 days before the event: if resold, refund minus 600 EUR; if not resold, 25% refund.
• Less than 60 days before the event: if resold, refund minus 600 EUR; if not resold, no refund.
Exclusion or non-completion
• No refund if you are excluded for safety or behavioral reasons or if you choose not to complete the event.
4. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of written confirmation.
• Refunds are issued in EUR; currency exchange differences or transaction fees are the participant’s responsibility.
5. Referral Reward – Terms & Conditions
• The referral reward is 100 EUR per referred participant.
• The referred participant must be new to The Innhopp Project and complete full payment for an event.
• The referral must be stated at the time of signup.
• The reward is issued after the referred participant has joined the event.
• The reward may be paid as a refund, transfer, or event credit at The Innhopp Project’s discretion.
• Self-referrals are not valid.
• Referral rewards are void if the referred participant cancels or is excluded.
• The offer is valid for a limited time. The current period is between 11-18 January 2026.
• The Innhopp Project reserves the right to decline referrals that do not align with event values or safety standards.
