Even’s Words
“I’m particularly excited about Timeless Classics — where you’ll experience the very essence of the fjords, including glaciers, waterfalls, and the Gudvangen Valley. To crown the event, we’ll make the ultimate jump at the Tongue of the Troll itself — Trolltunga!
This event has a more inward focus on reflection and self-development, where skydiving and innhopps may prove to be valuable tools. Using the Norwegian Trolls as a metaphor for the mindfuck experience that we feel during the innhopps — and ultimately, for our own egos — we explore what it means to be truly present.
The innhopps have an amazing ability to bring us fully into the moment and into coexistence with the elements surrounding us. In an all-systems-go mode, all of our senses are sharpened, our capacity increases, and everything is fueled by the adrenaline released from our natural fear.
In Timeless Classics we aim to find landing areas that give you a choice between a limited size landing area and a big, safe backup. This way, the ultimate choice and decision are yours — you receive immediate feedback and must be ready to face the consequences.
The Trolls of Norway is priced at €5,950, with non-jumpers able to attend for €1,950. Non-jumpers will have a dedicated host to take them along the skydiver route. Over 7 days and 6 nights, we’ll move from basic campsite accommodation for the first four nights, ending at Trolltunga Hotel for our final two. All activities and extraordinary means of transportation are included.
In Timeless Classics we place greater emphasis on the complete experience of each day — with a higher level of food, accommodation, and extra elements throughout the adventure. Landing areas are chosen in progression and should suit all levels.”
Where you’ll go!
12 unique jumps, no repeats, have been chosen for Timeless Classics. If you want you can also join Skydive Voss’ Season Ending party, directly after the event!
Get inspiration from a 2025 innhopp trip to the same area!
Day 1 - Sun Aug 30th
We meet on Sunday at 1500 at Skydive Voss for registration and a short briefing, after which we go straight to our first Innhopp – our local slaughterhouse! We will then get to see the origin of our welcome dinner and follow it back to Kvanndal Camp, where we check in to our cabins.
These first four nights we will be sharing cabins in old Norwegian style. They are not of the highest standard, but bring about a cozy, family-feeling setting an intimate frame for our journey.
After check-in, we meet for the official opening of our event, with a presentation of ourselves and the program, as well as the load setup. Every day before dinner we have a general briefing, where we evaluate our day and go through the plan for tomorrow. And tonight is our welcome dinner.
Day 2 - Mon Aug 31st
Every morning, breakfast is served at 0700, followed by a morning update. On this day we continue with a briefing, then board the helicopter coming to pick us up from the campsite. We are now jumping close to the lake where our famous troll cartoonist lived; we will see how a troll comes to life and maybe meet our first live trolls as well!
After this, we should be reassured and not hesitant to go for our next, more challenging, jump - where we will land on a troll (?)—and if conditions are right, fly back down from it after lunch. Mysterious, right?
In the afternoon, we return by innhopp to the campsite - where we will have three landing area sizes for you to choose from!
After landing, Troll Adventures has kayaks and water activities to offer, and maybe the evening invites a bonfire after our general briefing and dinner?
Day 3 - Tue Sep 1st
Today we will go into the majestic Simadalen and Vøringsfossen waterfall to understand how the trolls became natural elements in this magnificent nature. Our first jump is into the isolated mountain farm at Kjeåsen, with a great backup area down below. The location is stunning, but also a great takeoff spot for speedflyers or paragliders—and this is what we will do after landing—and there may be time for an extra jump with the helicopter in this great mountain flying area!
For lunch we move to Norsk Natursenter, where we will also learn about Hardangervidda National Park through a panoramic movie. We board the helicopter after a briefing and jump where the plateau ends, diving down through deep valleys to the fjords. We’ll spend an hour walking around and above the majestic Vøringsfossen waterfalls. Then a drive through the dramatic Måbø Valley takes us back down to the fjord, where RIB boats will take us back to our base camp at high speed. General briefing, dinner, and chill at the bar with our DJ in the evening.
Day 4 - Wed Sep 2nd
After breakfast, we transport to Voss, where the Cessna Caravan will drop us at the roadless village of Botnen. This is also where our national instrument, the Hardanger fiddle, was born back in 1650 and played an important role in keeping (especially the female trolls)—hulders—alive.
From here, we extract by helicopter, doing our last jump of the day at beautiful Kvamsøy island. After lunch and maybe a dip in the fjord, Mathilde, a wooden sailboat from 1884, will fetch us and cruise us back to camp. We are now midweek and have a relaxing afternoon ahead of us to digest our impressions and recharge.
Day 5 - Thu Sep 3rd
Building up to our climax, we eat our breakfast and get transported to Voss. Briefing and takeoff for Gudvangen, the Valley of the Gods—and profound nature experiences. We will be dropped over the great waterfall and land by the Viking village at the bottom of the fjord.
After a visit to the village, the helicopter will drop us for a great landing area up the valley in the UNESCO site of Nærøydalen. From here we go to Stalheim Hotel—the cradle of extreme sports. After lunch and a bit of relaxation, we go back to DZ for our great evening jump to the Buer glacier, freefalling with the impressive glacier as our canvas.
After landing, our drivers takes us to Hotel Trolltunga, with it's great paintings. Here we will prepare ourselves for the big revelation coming up the next day. We’ve heard that they serve the best food in all of Odda!
Day 6 - Fri Sep 4th
This is the day of the Trolltunga jump and where you will get a true feeling for the Norwegian mountains ! We land at a suitable area near the Tongue of the Troll, pack up and gather at this energy point of the world to reveal it's secret... and we should all be up for a big surprise! We will do a photo session at Trolltunga, before we start our 3-4 hours mountain hike back down. It's a fairly easy hike, and well arranged, but we do need to carry our gear as well as our lunch packs that we will be bringing on our jumps.
The hike itself is great, although long distance. Non-jumpers that would like to join will go with the ground crew in the morning. 3-4 hours in moderate pace from the drop off point. Back at the hotel, a warm shower and the Timeless Classics banquet awaits with video and DJ!
We wake up, have breakfast, and start our transportation back to Voss—also doing our evaluation and feedback on the way. Everyone is invited to Skydive Voss’ Season Ending this Saturday evening.
Day 7 - Sat Sep 5th
The Waterfront Lodging
At Timeless Classics you’ll stay at two different spots: our own Camp Kvanndal and at the boutique Trolltunga Hotel.
Both accommodations are fjord side, but different styles, standards and fjords. Camp Kvanndal is Even’s own campsite and offers simple but traditional and clean accommodation. The upgrade takes place for the last two nights when we check into a nice villa from 1928 in Odda, near where the Trolltunga trail starts - at the Trolltunga Hotel which is a nature hotel with a soul that focuses on environmental friendliness. All rooms have a great view of the magnificent mountains, waterfalls and glacier water.
By default, the price includes a shared double room. Single room upgrades are often but not always available. In the registration form you’ll be asked to specify what you’d like.
The Cuisine
Timeless Classics includes all meals! Breakfasts and dinners at the accommodations, lunches at restaurants or brought packages. We make sure you get to try the best that the local cuisine has to offer!
Norwegian cuisine bring together pristine seafood like fresh Arctic cod and salmon, hearty dishes such as reindeer stew, and traditional flavors of brunost (brown cheese), all rooted in the country’s rugged landscapes and coastal topography.
We ask you for food preferences and intolerances in the registration form.
The Surface Activities
We want you to really immerse into Norway, which is why we include several unique surface experiences!
Innhopp retrieve by Mathilde - sailboat built in 1884!
Fjord kayaking
Museum visit with panoramic huge-screen film
Speedboat ride
Transportation by cablecar, minibus and ferry!
But don’t worry - time is also allocated to just relax, enjoy a drink and take in the grandiose landscape!
The Aircraft
At the Timeless Classics 6 out of 12 jumps are from the helicopter! It offers unrivalled flexibility when it comes to maximising experience and prioritising comfort!!
The plane is of course a timeless classic and much more cost effective than the heli! But with the heli we do no need to shuttle to the airport! It allows us to enjoy each stunning location for longer!
The helicopter we're jumping from is a AS 350 B3 Ecureuil. It fits five jumpers.
The airplane for this event is the Cessna Caravan, based out of Skydive Voss. It fits 18 jumpers.
Who’s Coming?
Safety & Team
It is a demanding task being the load master for innhopps, and we hire only the best for our events.
We use professional skydivers who spend their private time in the mountains, who study the dynamic weather patterns and have thousands of jumps under their belt. Even Rokne, Andreas Mosling, Petter Stensvold, Johannes Bergfors might be names you’d recognise.
Additionally, the ground staff include jump leader, non-jumper guide, drivers, packer, rigger and logistics master. Camera men make sure the event will live on forever also on your screens - using drone, real photography camera and video camera!
Check out our YouTube Channel for previous event movies and even a special reality show style film named “High Odds of Failure”!

Your Loved Ones
We are regularly joined by our own family members and we want your non-jumping loved ones to feel as welcome as them! So we create an incredible adventure for everyone!
Our skydiving adventures take you to Even’s absolute favorite spots around the Hardangerfjord — places he believes everyone should see at least once. And because great experiences are better shared, you’re welcome to bring your spouse, friend, or family member along, obviously to a much lower price, since they won’t be jumping!
They’ll have their own guide and a comfortable modern minivan to explore the region’s highlights while you’re up in the sky. Sometimes they’ll watch us land - other times not. They continuously discuss with their guide how to best spend their time! We offer them the chance to ride in the helicopter and join all surface activities!
The Innhopp Family
One thing that sets our events apart is our focus on camaraderie and connection.
During the course of the week all participants and staff are asked to present themselves in front of the whole event. Additionally, we form teams who first learn and then hold a presentation about topics like Norway’s flora, fauna or history!
At the end of the week - a quiz is held to test what is remembered! Even, our founder, also takes stage many times per day - narrating the event, sharing his own experiences and highlighting unique moments that happen.
How to get to this event?
The nearest international airport is Bergen, Norway. From there you can rent a car or go to Voss by public transport (tram to the Bergen train station, then train to Voss Station.).
The meeting point for this event is at Skydive Voss. You bring your luggage there and then The Innhopp Project will take over.
